Policies

- There is a 2 hour minimum rental on all boat rentals.
- All renters under the age of 16 must have an adult sign a waiver and provide a valid credit card with a deposit.
- We allow a maximum of three people per canoe and one person per seat in kayaks.
- We allow a maximum one person per bicycle.
- A family pet or animal is charged as one person.
- An adult must accompany all persons under the age of 16 on the water at all times.
- Life jackets or bicycle helmets must be worn at all times.
- All 4 wheel and 3 wheel bicycle’s must remain on the Brae Island property at all times.
- Anyone seen abusing boats or bicycles will be charged a $50.00 damage fee on their credit card.
